KATI Speakers Event Sept 2020

Next month we will hold another in our series of speakers events.  This one  will feature Queens Professor of law  Dr. Bruce Pardy.  He is a prominent conservative speaker in Canada and Europe.  His views make him both controversial and a breath of fresh air. You may also have seen his published articles in our national newspapers.

Dr Bruce Pardy

Professor of Law, Queen’s University

Bruce Pardy is a professor of law at Queen’s University and a Senior Fellow with the Fraser Institute. He has written extensively on environmental governance, ecosystem management, climate change, water policy and civil liability. His research focuses on the theoretical and principled foundations of environmental law, challenging orthodoxies found within that discipline. Professor Pardy has taught environmental law at law schools in Canada, the United States and New Zealand. He practiced litigation at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto, and served for almost a decade as an adjudicator and mediator on the Ontario Environmental Review Tribunal.

Please join us at 7 PM on Wed 16 September at Fatima Church Hall at 588 Division St.  Options to join the event by Zoom conferencing will be available.

Sincerely,
